Clients must be ready and waiting at the agreed pickup location at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time.

ASP Private Hire operates on a strict schedule to ensure timely service for all clients. It is the client’s responsibility to be present and ready at the arranged pickup time.

If a client is not ready at the scheduled pickup time, ASP Private Hire reserves the right to depart the pickup location in order to meet subsequent bookings.

In such circumstances, the booking may be considered a no-show and the service may be forfeited, and no refund will be provided.

Clients who anticipate being late should contact ASP Private Hire as soon as possible; however, waiting cannot be guaranteed due to other scheduled bookings.
